Guidelines for Abstracts Writing

& Submitting

I. Conference:

  • Deadline for all submissions: November 30, 2023
  • Applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt: within two days after submission
  • Decisions about acceptance will be notified two weeks after the final submission (after eventual adjustments)
  • The positive answers on behalf of the scientific committee accept the proposals either “as they are” (possibly with comments) or provided they are resubmitted with “minor changes” or “major changes”
  • Proposals should be submitted in English or French 
  • At the beginning of the proposal abstract, the name of the author(s) and his|her|their affiliation(s) must be indicated
  • Abstract should not exceed 300 words, including references and keywords (up to 8 words)
  • Proposals should refer to one or more of the 4 axe(s) of the Biennale.
  • Files should be named as follows: author’s surname +conf + prop
  • Proposals have to be written in .doc or .docx format.

 

II. Workshops:

  • Deadline for all submissions: November 30, 2023
  • Applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt: within two days after submission
  • Decisions about acceptance will be notified two weeks after the final submission (after eventual adjustments)

III. Round Tables:

  • Deadline for all submissions: November 30, 2023
  • Applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt: within two days after submission
  • Decisions about acceptance will be notified two weeks after the final submission (after eventual adjustments)
  • The positive answers on behalf of the scientific committee accept the proposals either “as they are” (possibly with comments) or provided they are resubmitted with “minor changes” or “major changes”
  • Proposals should be submitted in English or French
  • Proposals should include: Title, Names and Affiliation for each participant and Abstract
  • Abstract should not exceed 300 words, including references and keywords (up to 8 words)
  • Proposals should refer to one or more of the 4 axe(s) of the Biennale.
  • Files should be named as follows: author’s surname + tables+ prop
  • Proposals have to be written in .doc or .docx format

 

IV.  e – Posters: 

  • Deadline for all sumbissions:  November 30, 2023
  • Applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt: within two days after submission
  • Decisions about acceptance will be notified two weeks after the final submission (after eventual adjustments)
  • The positive answers on behalf of the scientific committee accept the proposals either “as they are” (possibly with comments) or provided they are resubmitted with “minor changes” or “major changes”
  • E-Posters’ language: English
  • At the beginning of the proposal abstract, the name of the author(s) and his|her|their affiliation(s) must be indicated
  • The e-posters abstract should not exceed 150 words. Bibliographic references & keywords (up to 4 words) are not included.
  • The e-posters should refer to one or more of the 4 axe(s) of the Biennale.
  • Files should be named as follows: author’s surname + eposters+ prop
  • Proposals have to be written in .doc or .docx format
