• Texts have to be written in .doc or .docx format.
• The above should be sent to the following e-mail address: lab-prapl-ph@aegean.gr
• Language of text: English or French
• Language of abstracts & Curriculum Vitae: English or French and in the native language of the author|s 
• Number of pages: 40 max (including titles, abstracts, bibliographic references, CVs, images & diagrams)
• The texts will be included in the Proceedings, after an open and collaborative peer reviewed evaluation
